Jefferson Locke is a leadership advisory and executive search partner for ambitious growth businesses, with deep expertise across marketing, communications, B2B technology and SaaS.

For more than two decades, we’ve helped founders, CEOs and leadership teams make better executive hiring decisions during the moments that matter most.

Our heritage lies within the marketing, communications and creative industries, where we’ve built trusted relationships with agencies and brands across the UK and North America. Today, that expertise extends naturally into B2B technology, SaaS and other growth businesses facing similar leadership challenges around scale, transformation and commercial growth.

We partner with ambitious agencies, B2B technology companies and growth businesses to identify the senior leaders who create long-term commercial value.

Whether building a leadership team, preparing for growth, entering new markets, navigating transformation or planning succession, we help organisations appoint leaders capable of delivering meaningful business impact.

We specialise in senior and executive appointments across:

• CEO, Managing Director & General Management
• Commercial, Revenue & Growth Leadership
• Marketing, Brand & Communications
• Product, Technology & Digital Transformation
• Strategy, Operations & Customer Leadership

Our services include:

• Executive Search & Leadership Appointments
• Leadership Benchmarking & Talent Mapping
• Succession Planning
• Market Intelligence
• Leadership Advisory
• Organisational Design
• M&A Leadership Support

In a market increasingly driven by automation and AI, our advantage remains deeply human. We combine intelligent research, market insight and trusted relationships with judgement, discretion and access to exceptional leaders who are rarely active in the market.

Jefferson Locke exists to help ambitious organisations build leadership teams that accelerate growth, strengthen culture and create lasting commercial value.
