Bawe C. Shinholster

Bawe C. Shinholster is a seasoned professional in guest relations and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Guest Relations & Quality Assurance. Previously, Bawe held positions such as Corporate Director of Training & Quality Assurance and Corporate Director of Service at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment from 2010 to 2016. Bawe also contributed as a Manager and Corporate Service Manager at Queen City Restaurant Group from 2000 to 2003 and served as General Manager and Managing Partner at Boca Restaurant Group from 2003 to 2008. Bawe graduated with honors from the College Preparatory Division of Vanderbilt University, Blair School of Music in 1992.
