Dillon Ruby

Dillon Ruby is the Co-Owner and Executive Vice President of Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment, overseeing operations for a celebrated group of fine dining steakhouses across Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. They lead a team of over 700 employees, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and guest satisfaction. Dillon has also played a pivotal role in the Jeff Ruby Foundation, which aims to eradicate childhood poverty by addressing challenges in the foster care system. Educated at Xavier University, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2013.
