Howie Burdick

Howie Burdick has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Server at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment since September 2022. In addition, Howie has been a Server at Salazar OTR since March 2014 and previously served at Eddie Merlot's from February 2008 to February 2019. Howie brings valuable skills as a certified Level One Wine Steward from the Court of Master Sommeliers and has a background in the US Navy from 1990 to 1993.
