Joe Sammons

Joe Sammons has extensive experience in information technology management, currently serving as the Manager of Information Technology at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment since May 2019. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Senior Manager of Information Technology at LOTH, Inc from August 2018 to May 2019. Joe's career in IT management began at Castellini Company, where a tenure from March 2006 to August 2018 culminated in the role of IT Manager. Joe holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
