Laura Hall

Laura Hall is an experienced accounting professional with a demonstrated history in the restaurant and food service industry. Currently serving as the Accounting Manager at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment since February 2019, Laura previously held the position of Restaurant Accounting Supervisor at Fazoli's Restaurant Management, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing accounting processes for up to 130 company restaurants. Prior to that role, Laura worked as a Franchise Accountant for Fazoli's, providing support for 100 franchise locations. Laura's earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at Critchfield Meats, Inc., as a License & Royalty Analyst at Yum! Brands, and as an Internal Auditor at Yorkshire Global Restaurants, Inc. Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, earned from 1985 to 1989.
