Lora Gans

Lora Gans is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in environmental, health, safety, and security (EHS) management. As the Global EHS Director at Hillenbrand in 2023-2024, they led a global EHS initiative overseeing 45 manufacturing sites and partnered with executive leadership to establish safety standards and policies. Prior to this role, Gans served as Sr. EHS Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, where they enhanced EHS compliance across 19 plants in the Americas and significantly reduced OSHA recordable rates. Gans holds a Master’s in Environmental Technology Management and a Bachelor's in Business from Arizona State University and Western International University, respectively.
