Jelovica is a Slovenia-based developer, designer, and manufacturer of wooden prefabricated homes and large buildings. With a history dating back to 1942, we have delivered over 13,000 energy-efficient buildings that reflect our commitment to innovation and environmentally responsible construction.

Our production is fully powered by renewable energy, and we build using high-quality thermowood known for its durability and natural resilience. Jelovica is also the only PEFC-certified producer of prefabricated wooden buildings in Slovenia.
More than two-thirds of our buildings are sold abroad, making Jelovica a truly export-oriented company. We operate in over 25 countries, with Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy among our key markets.
