Michelle Mitchell

Michelle Mitchell is a Senior Product Engineer at Jem, where they focus on building an employee benefits platform for South Africa’s deskless workforce. Previously, they held positions as a Lead Software Engineer at Syft Analytics, where they managed product maintenance and led a small team, and as a Software Developer at Findango Finance and FundStream Technology. Michelle began their career as an intern at MWR InfoSecurity and also worked as a Mathematics Tutor at SkillUp. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Stellenbosch University and completed a Nanodegree in Data Engineering from Udacity.
