Michaël Thoby is the VP Innovation et Expériences Digitales at JEMS, where they are currently enhancing digital experiences. They founded and presided over Xpress[EVENT] since 2013, and led EMOTIC from 2007 to 2025, specializing in digital transformation through innovative interfaces. Michaël's earlier roles included serving as a Technical Project Leader at GlaxoSmithKline and a Project Leader for Packaging Development at Eli Lilly and Company. They hold an Executive MBA from Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management and a Master of Organizational Behavior from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. Additionally, Michaël is a member of the COMEX Fondation AUDENCIA.
