Thomas Binks

Thomas Binks has extensive experience in the engineering field, beginning as a hot tapping workshop machinist and mechanical fitting apprentice at Furmanite from November 2008 to June 2011, where responsibilities included maintaining hot tapping and line stopping equipment. Following this role, Thomas worked as an international pipeline intervention technician at Team Industrial Services until January 2022, leading hot tapping and line stopping projects. From July 2019 to January 2022, Thomas served as an area supervisor at TEAM, Inc., and transitioned to Jemsar Engineering Limited, where roles included operations supervisor for specialist services and operations manager from January 2022 to October 2024. Educational achievements include GCSEs from Hornsea secondary school and language college, an HNC in mechanical engineering from Grimsby Institute, and an NVQ Level 3 in mechanical engineering with a BTEC from HETA.
