Barbara Winsky

Barbara Winsky currently serves as the Vice President of Technical Training & Development at Jencap, a position held since April 2022, where responsibilities include leading the technical training program and overseeing initiatives such as the Jencap Success Academy and Internship Program. Prior to Jencap, Barbara held the role of Vice President of Property & Casualty Binding Authority & Brokerage at Russell Bond & Co., Inc. from January 2016 to April 2022, where strategic leadership encompassed production elements including underwriting and sales management. Additionally, from January 2009 to December 2015, Barbara was the Vice President and Branch Manager of the New England Office at Russell Bond & Co., Inc., successfully establishing and developing a startup branch office while training staff with various backgrounds. Barbara earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Marketing from Westfield State University and has furthered education through the Insurance Institute of America.
