Crystal Jones

Crystal Jones serves as the Workers' Compensation Manager at Jencap since June 2023. Prior to this role, Crystal held the position of Senior Underwriter at The American Equity Underwriters, Inc. from January 2011 to May 2023, specializing in Workers' Compensation with a strong emphasis on state regulations, bureau and NCCI reporting, and mentorship. Crystal's experience also includes serving as an Underwriting Assistant at International Assurance, Inc., a Customer Service Representative at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center, and an Admitting Representative at both Providence Hospital Mobile and Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. Crystal earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of South Alabama, complemented by education at James H Faulkner State Community College.
