Jeff Sandy

Jeff Sandy is an experienced executive in the workers' compensation insurance sector, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of the National Workers' Compensation Practice at Jencap since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jeff held several positions at Risk Innovations, including Vice President of Workers’ Compensation Brokerage and Partner/Broker, contributing to a wholesale operation specializing in workers' compensation. Additional experience includes roles as a Wholesale Workers' Compensation Broker at TAS Insurance Group, and at Westrope, where oversight of placements and partner relationships was key. Jeff also managed a monoline workers' compensation operation as Branch Manager at Superior National and started as a Casualty Underwriter at The Hartford, transitioning to a Marketing Representative role. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance from The University of Olivet.
