Andy Barefoot

Andy is a veteran of the US Army with twenty years experience in the IT field. He is responsible for technical support of the legacy Agency Advantage product and working with customers to ensure they get the most use from their management system. His past experience includes software, hardware and network support for pathology laboratory management systems and accounting management systems. Andy holds A+, Net+, and Microsoft certifications.
