Laura grew up in the world of insurance, spending after-school hours at her mother’s small insurance agency. After Laura graduated from Western Carolina University in 2011, she continued in her mother’s footsteps by becoming a Property and Casualty Insurance agent. While working as a Property and Casualty Insurance agent, Laura was offered an opportunity to train new insurance agents. Laura discovered a passion for training, which she continues today as a Jenesis and Agency Advantage Software trainer.
