Markus Fleischer

Markus Fleischer is an Investment Director at 3TS Capital Partners, focused on scaling European software champions in the B2B tech sector. Previously, they served as Head of Strategy & New Markets at A1 Digital, where they played a key role in directing the company’s strategic initiatives in international markets. Markus holds two MBAs from IESE Business School and London Business School and has founded the AI Practice at Accenture Strategy DACH. Additionally, they have held significant positions at companies such as Kapsch TrafficCom AG and Goodgame Studios, showcasing extensive experience in technology strategy and corporate development. Currently, they also serve as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at MAVOCO and a Board Observer at JENTIS.
