Max Kaiser

Max Kaiser is a seasoned professional in the fields of cloud support and user experience design, currently serving as the Manager of Cloud Support at Jenzabar since April 2023. With extensive experience at Jenzabar from 2010 to 2021, Max held various roles including Senior UX Designer, Managed Technical Consultant, and Technical Support Analyst, contributing significantly to the design and support of the Jenzabar LMS and campus portal. Prior to this, Max worked as a UX Manager at Ocelot and developed web applications at Electric Pulp. Max holds both a Master of Business Administration and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer and Information Systems and Management Information Systems from the University of Sioux Falls.
