Lance Aja, EdD, is currently a Senior Customer Implementation Manager at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, and a consultant at Mizuno Consulting. They have a rich background as a United States Marine, serving from 1997 to 2010, and have held various roles at Boeing from 2010 to 2012. Lance is pursuing a Doctor of Education - EdD in Organizational Change & Leadership at USC Rossier School of Education, having previously earned two master's degrees in Organizational Leadership and Human Behavior from National University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Systems Technologies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
