Sofia Morgadinho has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Compensation Manager and Training Manager at Jerónimo Martins since July 2018, where responsibilities include the management of indicators and reporting. Previously, Sofia held roles at REN from September 2014 to August 2018, focusing on procurement control and human resources training and development. Early career experience includes working as a Human Resources Consultant at IJC - ISCTE Junior Consulting and an internship at Adecco in 2012. Sofia holds an MSc in Business Administration from ISCTE Business School (2013-2014) and has pursued further education at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague since 2013.
