Jia worked at Bloomberg LP from 2010 to 2014, focusing on FX and commodity derivative pricing, before serving as Director of Investments at First Quadrant from 2018 to 2022, specializing in systematic global macro and commodity strategies. Currently, Jia holds the position of Principal Applied Data Scientist at Jerry, leading advanced machine learning model development and applied data science initiatives.
