Vanessa Brown

Vanessa Brown has significant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, starting as a Staffing Manager at Accountemps in 2016 and moving up to Senior Staffing Manager before transitioning to Northrop Grumman in 2019. At Northrop Grumman, they held roles as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner/Recruiter II and later as a Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner/Recruiter III. Vanessa then joined Motive in 2022 as a Senior Recruiter before becoming the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Jerry in 2023.
