Aimie Tønsberg

Aimie Tønsberg is an HR Director at Jersey Post, having joined from the Government of Jersey where they worked for 18 years. Their most recent role was in the Cabinet Office, managing a diverse portfolio of change and improvement projects. With a background in Public Health, Aimie is a critical thinker dedicated to evidence-based decision making and passionate about developing high-performing teams. They have held various positions across multiple government departments, including leading the Corporate Learning and Skills Team and supporting significant training initiatives during their secondment at States of Jersey Police. Aimie has also contributed to education as a visiting lecturer at Highlands University.
