Jersey Strong
Thomas Ray is an experienced operations manager currently employed at Jersey Strong since January 2022. Concurrently, Thomas serves as a shift supervisor at Promenade Beach Club, where responsibilities include supervising a staff of 14 and managing monetary transactions. Previous leadership roles include recruitment chairman and president of the Tau-Theta Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon, where Thomas organized recruitment events and managed an executive board and chapter members. Additional experience includes internships at NIP Group, Inc. and a crew member position at AMC Movie Theaters. Thomas holds a degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, completing studies between 2017 and 2021.

Throughout Jersey Strong's history and continuing today, many of the Roma family’s close friends and family can be found in various positions in the company. The closest being Stephen’s wife Heidi who is Director of Retail Sales and the Chairperson of the Jersey Strong Foundation. Jersey Strong is all about people – members and staff alike.
