Lawrence Ferrara is a seasoned Global Chief Learning Officer and Learning Strategy Leader with over twenty years of experience in workforce transformation strategies. Currently, they lead Global Learning & Development for the Data Center Segment at Eaton and serve as an Executive Board Member for JerseySTEM, a nonprofit focused on enhancing STEM education in underrepresented communities. Previously, at Alvarez & Marsal, Ferrara established a comprehensive Global Learning & Development function, while at PwC, they played a pivotal role in transforming learning strategies across various global regions. They hold a BS in Marketing from Kean University, a Master of Education in Learning, Design, and Technologies from The Pennsylvania State University, and an Executive MBA from NYU Stern, specializing in Management of Technology & Operations, Leadership, and Change Management.
