Jess Britt Consulting is on a mission to make work better—for leaders, their teams, and those around them. We believe leaders and managers hold more influence than they realize—over their own work experience and the dynamics they create for others. Meetings are one of the most critical tools they have to exercise that influence.

Meetings aren't getting in the way of work. They are the work. Leaders spend 25-50% of their time in meetings, but most were never trained to lead them. That's not a problem to solve. That's an opportunity. We help leaders use those hours to move work forward, build culture, and develop their teams.

We work with high-performing leaders who care deeply about their work and want to get better at it—especially leaders navigating periods of change or growth like a recent promotion, organizational scaling, or implementing new strategic plans.

For Individuals
Leadership development coaching for navigating change, building confidence, and leading through meetings with clarity and purpose

For Organizations
Leadership development programs, trainings, and strategic facilitation that equip leaders to leverage meetings to move work forward, build culture, and develop their teams.

About Jess
Jess Britt (she/her) has 15+ years of experience leading teams, chairing an international board, and facilitating meetings and workshops with anywhere from 2 to 200 participants. She spent years working long hours trying to get "real work" done around endless meetings until she learned that meetings aren't getting in the way of work, they are the work. That shift fundamentally changed her leadership. Now, as a certified executive coach and Coaching for Leaders Fellow, Jess founded Jess Britt Consulting to help leaders turn meetings into their most powerful leadership tool.
