Paul Marson

Paul Marson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including education, real estate, and healthcare. Currently serving as a Board Member for JESS in Dubai since June 2021, Paul provides strategic and financial guidance to enhance the organization’s educational quality. Previously, as Head of Finance at Majid Al Futtaim from June 2022 to July 2024, Paul led the finance function for the real estate development unit, overseeing financial management of community and shopping mall projects. Paul also held senior positions at Emirates Group as Chief Financial Officer of dnata and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, managing significant financial operations and strategic initiatives for a global sales organization. Prior experience includes various finance roles at GSK, leading consumer healthcare finance in the Middle East, and initial roles at Xerox. Academic qualifications include credentials from prestigious institutions such as London Business School, INSEAD, and CIMA, along with a Bachelor's degree from Loughborough University.
