With the emergence of E-commerce business models so did JBC, we embrace and devolve to a B2B and B2C eCommerce platform with a focus on AI Chatbot driven technology (Artificially Intelligent Chatbots) user-centered business approach while helping our existing and new clients achieve the desired result. This has seen a translation and the uptake of a different market segmentation/verticals and adapting has been very key and drive focus.
