When agentic AI arrived, I watched a lot of clever people build a lot of expensive things nobody asked for.

I set out to solve that.

15+ years owning revenue and P&L, including 8 years as the founder of Ten Bear Group, a strategic insights firm working with clients such as S&P Global, Pfizer, and the UN.

Then, in 2023, I started building with AI.

I now work with leaders to ensure their AI projects deliver real ROI. Designing the commercial strategy, and building the agents and automations that deliver it.

𝗜𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵:

  • 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘂𝗽𝘀 under board pressure to deliver AI that actually reaches revenue.
  • 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 whose margin is people, and whose billable hour is the first thing AI commoditises.
  • 𝗔𝗜-𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀 with a strong product but no clear route to market or revenue.

Most AI projects fail commercially before they fail technically. I deliver the ones that don’t.

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸:
- AI transformation for a streaming insights SaaS scaleup: £130k a year back, 1,800 hours saved.
- AI lead generation tool for a UK creative agency: 60 leads a month, 14 hours a week saved.
- Commercial AI strategy for a marketing agency: £180k in new revenue, roadmap in 90 days.
- Fractional CCO for an AI deep tech startup: £400k in pilots secured in 9 months.
