Tim Washington

Tim Washington is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the electric vehicle industry. As the Founder of JET Charge since October 2013, Washington has been instrumental in advancing electric car charging infrastructure in Australia. Additionally, Washington served as Chairperson of the Electric Vehicle Council from April 2017 to November 2023, providing strategic advice to governments and corporations. As Co-Founder of Chargefox from April 2017 to July 2022, Washington played a key role in developing a next-generation EV charging station management platform. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at WAG Australia and as a lawyer at Blake Dawson, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions across various industries. Washington holds Bachelor's degrees in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, as well as Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
