Katia Lam is currently a Government-sponsored JET Programme Assistant Language Teacher and Australian ambassador with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) since July 2024. Previously, Katia worked at PwC Australia as a Senior Associate and Associate from March 2022 to July 2024, engaging in various consulting projects, including roles as Business Analyst and Project Manager for major financial and insurance firms. Prior experience includes roles at Monash University as a Course Adviser and Student Officer, among others, contributing to student support and retention initiatives. Katia also held positions in marketing and communications, gaining experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event planning. Katia holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Monash University and has a diverse background in both academic and professional settings.
