George Murnane has extensive experience in the aviation industry, having held various executive positions since 1986. George began their career at Merrill Lynch & Co. as a Director in 1986. In 1995, they took on the role of COO at Atlas Air, followed by EVP & COO at International Airline Support Group, Inc. in 1996. In 2002, they became EVP & CFO at Mesa Air Group, where they managed financial operations and strategic planning initiatives. In 2008, they moved to VistaJet as COO & Acting CFO, where they were the primary driving force behind a highly aggressive 5-year growth plan. In 2010, they became a Financial Advisor at Amiral Holdings, and in 2012, they took on the role of CFO at Amiral Holdings Limited. From 2013 to 2019, they served as Group CEO at ImperialJet, and from 2019 to present, they have been Chief Executive Officer at Jet Token Inc.
George Murnane obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania between 1976 and 1980. George then attended The Wharton School from 1984 to 1986, where they earned their Master of Business Administration in Finance. In February 2010, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the Arizona State Bureau of Accountancy. In January 2020, they earned a Certificate in Financial Technology from Arizona State University, as well as a Certified Blockchain Professional (CBCP) certification from the Blockchain Institute of Technology.
