Alison Porter

Alison Porter has extensive experience in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Crewing Controller at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since July 2014, where previous roles included Crewing Coordinator and Customer Operations Coordinator. Prior to joining Jet2, Alison worked at Thomas Cook from October 1999 to April 2014, holding positions such as Duty Officer in the Transport Team, where responsibilities included managing pre-departure flight changes and coordinating administrative communication with passengers. Alison also served as a Programme Admin, providing customer liaison support to travel agents and advising on holiday amendments and compensation eligibility. Earlier experience includes a role as a Foreign Exchange Cashier at Thomas Cook Group from January 1998 to October 1998. Alison is a graduate of Queensbury Upper School.
