Andrew Swindells

Andrew Swindells is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in aircraft systems and maintenance. Currently serving as a Senior Aircraft Systems Technical Services Engineer at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since October 2017, Andrew provides technical expertise in Operational Support and Continued Airworthiness Management. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at easyJet from August 2013 to September 2017 as a B1 Licensed Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing maintenance planning and aircraft management. Andrew's foundational experience in the industry began with Monarch Aircraft Engineering, where various positions from Apprentice Aircraft Engineer to Lead Engineer were held over a 17-year span. Educational qualifications include a Foundation degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from The University of Salford, a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from Bedford College, and a BTech in Avionics Maintenance Technology from Macclesfield College of Further Education.
