Caitlin Hindle is an experienced professional with a strong background in user research, insights management, and product quality management. Starting as a Sales Assistant and Marketing Intern at HMV Retail Ltd, Caitlin progressed to various roles, including Junior Product Manager Intern at Rentify and Lead Researcher at Durham University. Notably, Caitlin served as a Graduate Engineer and Product Quality Management Engineer at Nissan Motor Corporation, leading projects focused on Connected Services validation and user experience. Caitlin later worked as a User Research Executive and Associate User Research Manager at Sage, where responsibilities included managing an insights repository and conducting user research to inform website improvements.
