Jonathan Miller

Jonathan Miller has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Jonathan is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since April 2023. Before that, they held the position of a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from June 2022 to April 2023. Prior to their current role, Jonathan worked as a Software Developer at BTL from March 2021 to June 2022. Jonathan also served as a Research and Development Engineer at Machine Tool Technologies Ltd from August 2019 to March 2021. Earlier in their career, Jonathan was a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman Park Air Systems from October 2017 to August 2019. Jonathan also has research and teaching experience at The University of Huddersfield, where they worked as a Researcher PHD student from September 2014 to February 2018 and as a Lecturer from September 2015 to June 2017. Jonathan's work experience began with an Industrial Placement Engineer role at Northrop Grumman Corporation from August 2012 to August 2013, where they developed software modules for monitoring air traffic control communication equipment and created automated testing tools.

Jonathan Miller obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Huddersfield. Prior to their PhD, they earned a Bachelor of Science BSc in Software Engineering from the same university. Jonathan's secondary education was completed at Brighouse High School, where they achieved GCSE and A-level qualifications.
