Kim Schofield

Kim Schofield is an experienced HR Advisor currently working at Jet2.com & Jet2 Holidays, where they empower People Leaders and Colleagues on employee relations and HR-related queries. They have previously served as an HR Advisory Consultant and HR Services Consultant at Direct Line Group from 2016 to 2023. Prior to that, Kim worked at RBS and Clinton Cards as a Customer Service Advisor from 2009 to 2012. Kim is CIPD Level 5 qualified and has completed CIPD Level 3 at Leeds City College.
