Lucy Godson

Lucy Godson has over 17 years of experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as an Airworthiness Surveyor and Senior AMOS Process Engineer at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since February 2013. Responsibilities include implementing and streamlining AMOS processes across the engineering department and supervising the Technical Publications department. Previously, Lucy held a secondment as part of the AMOS Implementation Team, adapting engineering processes for the Technical Services department while ensuring airworthiness for over 50 aircraft. Earlier roles include Technical Projects Engineer at Jet2.com, Aircraft Structural Engineer at Monarch Aircraft Engineering, and Student Fleet Projects Engineer at First Choice Airways. Lucy holds a BSc (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Salford.
