Mark Gilson

Mark Gilson is an experienced airline captain with a diverse background in aviation. Currently serving as a B737 Captain at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since April 2022, Mark previously held the position of A320 Captain at Wizz Air from October 2021 to April 2022 and at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays from February 2020 to October 2020. Mark's career also includes a managerial role as Sky Home Service Team Manager at Sky and a decade of experience as an A320 Captain at Thomas Cook from September 2008 to September 2019. Mark holds an ATPL degree from CTC Aviation (L3 Harris) and a BSc Hons in Neuroscience from The University of Edinburgh. Mark completed education at Repton School between 1994 and 2001.
