Nicola Simpson has over 15 years of experience in the travel and customer service industry, currently serving as a Team Leader at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since February 2008. Prior to this role, Nicola held the position of Customer Service Manager at Thomas Cook from May 2000 to February 2008. Educational qualifications include an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service obtained from TFT Training for Travel between 2011 and 2012, as well as completion of studies at Guiseley School from 1993 to 2000.
