Paul Robson is a Captain on the A320 family, currently flying short-haul within Europe, and has experience on the Boeing 737. They co-founded Think Like A Pilot Human Factors Training in October 2020 with a colleague to share their expertise in Non-Technical skills with various industries to enhance safety and efficiency. Additionally, Paul serves as an A321 Standards and Line Training Captain at Jet2.com and previously held a captaincy at easyJet from 2005 to 2022. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics at Cranfield University.
