Phillip Redman

Phillip Redman currently serves as a Product Owner at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, beginning in October 2023. Previously, Phillip held multiple roles at Morses Club Limited from January 2015 to November 2023, culminating as the Group Head of Change Delivery, overseeing a team responsible for all aspects of change, including project management and IT development. Prior to that, Phillip was a Project Manager on a contract basis at Morses Club, focusing on the project management lifecycle. Between October 2012 and March 2014, Phillip was the Head of Business Resilience at Direct Line Group, where responsibilities included the delivery of strategic business continuity work-streams. Phillip's career in resilience management began at RBS Insurance, where roles spanned from Business Resilience Manager to Contact Centre Manager, with experience in various sectors including sales and customer service in both the UK and USA. Education was completed at WykeBradford from 1984 to 1987.
