Richard Love has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as General Manager of Aircraft Acquisitions at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since September 2009, after holding the roles of Aircraft Acquisitions Manager and Fleet Management Engineer. In these positions, Richard has focused on aircraft acquisitions, engineering inputs, and providing technical solutions to ensure fleet airworthiness. Prior to Jet2, Richard worked as an Airframe & Systems Technical Services Engineer at Ryanair, where responsibilities included resolving engineering and maintenance issues for the Boeing 737 fleet. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Aviation Technology from The University of Salford, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
