Tim Smith has over 27 years of experience in business intelligence and IT leadership. At Jet2.com since March 2012, Tim has progressed from BI Developer to Senior Business Intelligence Developer, and currently serves as Business Intelligence Team Lead. Prior experience includes serving as IT Team Leader at Pegler Yorkshire, managing a team of six and overseeing application development, as well as working as an IT Developer, where Tim developed various business solutions and managed complex data migrations across multiple European sites. Tim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Manufacturing Engineering from The University of Huddersfield, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
