Cheryl A. Smith

Cheryl A. Smith is an experienced professional with a background in ground operations and customer service within the airline industry. From May 2014 to November 2022, Cheryl worked at JetBlue as a JET Pathway Associate, overseeing the operation of ground service equipment, servicing aircraft, and providing exceptional customer service at various airport locations. Prior to JetBlue, Cheryl served as a Legislative Aide for the City of Newark from January 2013 to February 2014, where responsibilities included administrative support and representing the City Council at meetings. Cheryl holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial and Advertising Art from the University of Delaware and a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Spelman College.
