David Ocampo

David Ocampo is a Product Manager at JetBlue since July 2022, where significant achievements include transitioning translation tasks in-house, resulting in a savings of $750K and enhancing web products to reduce negative feedback submissions to 2% for the year 2024. Previously, at Piano Tree Music School, David served as the User Experience Lead/Developer, collaborating on a hybrid application project utilizing React Native. David has a diverse background as a User Experience Designer/Developer at Byte Pushers, Inc., where web features were delivered within 2–3 weeks, and as a Self Employed UX Designer/Developer working with notable brands such as Northwestern Mutual.
