David Santo

David Santo, MBA, is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as an Airbus 320 / A321 Captain Line Check Airman at JetBlue Airways since March 2003. Santo's extensive roles include Ground and Simulator Instructor, Project Pilot, Accident Investigation "Go Team" Member, and Chief Pilot Leader at JFK, among others. Since January 2008, Santo has also worked as an Instructor/Evaluator for A320 at AeroStar Training Services LLC, and co-founded the FAA-certified 142 training center, overseeing its operations and business development. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel, a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics from Southern Illinois University, and an Associate's Degree in Pilot training from Cochise College. Santo is also pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Military Science at The Citadel.
