Jeff McGowan

Jeff McGowan is an accomplished operations and learning executive with over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing technology strategies for large, complex organizations in highly regulated industries. They held positions at Siemens and JetBlue, where they led the development of learning management systems and high-performing teams, contributing significantly to operational efficiencies and regulatory compliance. Jeff earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Currently, they serve as the Director of Learning Operations at JetBlue, overseeing training for over 25,000 Crewmembers and managing a diverse team dedicated to enhancing organizational performance.
