Michael Fier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aviation consulting and loyalty program analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst for JetBlue since October 2021, Michael has contributed to loyalty program development and analysis. Prior to this role, Michael worked at ICF as an Aviation Consulting Analyst from July 2017 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing airport concessions program analyses and evaluating unit proposals at major U.S. airports. Michael also completed internships at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey in various capacities, gaining skills in project management, statistical analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
