Michael Keller

Michael Keller has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and instructional design, currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at JetBlue Airways since June 2015, following roles as Supervisor and Senior Instructional Designer. Prior experience includes positions such as Distance Learning Tactician/Coordinator at the Society of Consulting Psychology, E-Learning Content Administrator at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, and Instructional Designer at Progressive Business Publications. Earlier career highlights also include roles as a Teaching Professional and Consultant, as well as experience in mental health counseling and group facilitation. Michael Keller holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling from Monmouth University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
